2. AGE RESTRICTION & BUYER QUALIFICATIONS

Ascend Science makes NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, regarding the fitness of these products for any particular purpose.

All products are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Quality and purity are based on batch testing only and may vary. We are not liable for product degradation due to improper storage or handling.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY LIMIT

You ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the handling, storage, possession, use, and disposal of any product purchased.

Ascend Science shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, violations of law, improper handling, or unauthorized use. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. COMPLIANCE, SHIPPING & RETURNS

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that products are legal in your jurisdiction and that you have obtained all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these compounds are prohibited. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once shipped - no returns or refunds accepted.

6. INDEMNIFICATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Ascend Science from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use, misuse, or abuse of products.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.
